🎉 SORA Substrate backend v1.10.0 is now live on the public testnet! 🎉


Highlights:

     🔹Try-runtime: A new tool to write tests against a snapshot of the runtime state before releasing to production.

     🔹Substrate updated to version 0.9.38

     🔹Feature flags: Allows merging code without making it available in production, helping to manage different parts of the codebase and avoiding merging conflicts. 

     🔹Buyback fixes & TBC buyback: We've addressed issues with the Token Bonding Curve and ensured that the 0.5% margin goes to buyback-and-burn XST instead of the Parliament account.

     🔹Orderbook skeleton: The first building blocks for developing an Orderbook on SORA.

     🔹New extrinsic: Enables changing asset info.

     🔹Crowdloan rewards improvements: Prepping to reward crowdloan participants.
